Finance Manager

Our Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial planning & analysis functions for one of the largest client accounts in JLL, and serves as a key contact for client finance personnel.

What this job involves:
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities for our client’s real estate & facilities portfolio.
Analyze monthly and yearly variance drivers, and provide high quality variance commentary
Manage annual PO launch process and monthly Client Accruals process.
​Function as a resource to facility/project teams and client to ensure understanding and adherence to key procedures and processes.
Review all interfaces to client’s systems (where required) and proper reconciliations.
Ensure optimum distribution of workflow and cross-training among the team; calendaring of work deliverables and monitoring of team’s performance towards those deliverables.
Lead and develop three financial analysts to support financial reporting and analysis and serve as business partners to our facilities teams.
Demonstrate a high level of client service and partnership with account leadership and management.
Evaluate financial and operational performance and provide suggestions for areas of improvements.
Responsible for the compilation and analysis of financial and operational data required for certain quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Special projects and other functions as required by manager or client.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Management/supervisory experience preferred.
MBA and/or CPA preferred but not required
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms
Advanced Excel skills, experience with Coupa, OneStream and TM1 a plus
Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethic
Understanding of and commitment to client service
A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
